1. Required Documents & Information

Before you begin, please ensure you have the following details or physical documents ready:

  • Permanent Account Number (PAN): This is mandatory. If you provided your PAN in a previous version (V1), it will be pre-filled for your convenience.

  • Proof of Identity (POI): One of the following is required:

    • Aadhaar Card (Linked to your mobile number for e-OTP).

    • Driving License (DL).

    • Voter ID (VID).

  • Date of Birth (DOB): Must match the records on your PAN and Identity documents.


2. The KYC Process: Step-by-Step

We prioritize a "Check-and-Confirm" flow to save you time. Follow these steps to complete your verification:

Step A: KYC Record Verification 

The system will first attempt to fetch your records from the Central KYC (CKYC) registry using your PAN and DOB.

  1. Review the Records: You will see the details fetched from the registry, including your Full Name, DOB, Gender, and Father’s Name.

  2. Confirm Identity Details: You will also see masked details of your linked identity document (Aadhaar, DL, or VID) and your PAN name.

  3. Completion: If all the information displayed is correct, simply click "Confirm." Your Owner KYC is now complete!


Step B: Manual Verification (If Records are Incorrect/Unavailable)

If you do not see your records, or if the information displayed is incorrect, you can opt for manual verification:

  1. Deny/Edit: Select the option to provide details manually.

  2. PAN Entry: Enter/Verify your PAN Number and Date of Birth.

  3. Aadhaar e-OTP: Select Aadhaar for the fastest manual route. You will receive an OTP on the mobile number linked to your Aadhaar.

  4. Verification: Enter the OTP to verify your identity instantly.

Why do I need to share the POB?


Agent Action:

It is highly recommended that you submit one business proof. This is especially important if you intend to add a Current Account to your profile.


Your Options for Submitting Proof of Business (POB):

To complete your business verification, you can submit GST in case you do not have GST, you can submit any one of the following valid documents:

  1. Shop Establishment Certificate

  2. Trade License

  3. Food License

  4. Import Or Export Certificate

  5. Professional License (e.g., CA, Lawyer, Doctor, etc.)

  6. Medical/Diagnostic License

  7. BRN Certificate of Rajasthan

  8. LLP Certificate

  9. School License/Certificate UDISE


Note:   

  • Key Requirement for Documents: Ensure that the name(s) appearing on the selected business proof document exactly match the owner name(s) used for your KYC.

  •  Udyam Aadhaar Generation – If you do not possess any of the listed documents, the system will assist you in generating a Udyam Aadhaar to serve as your valid business proof.
